My interest in real estate began as a teenager accompanying my parents on showings for properties they were looking at as potential investments. I wanted to be a realtor from that moment, however working solely on commission was too scary for me as a young man. Because of that I spent 15 years working inn the retail management world which actually helped me cultivate my sales skills and taught me how to relate to every type of client. I reached a point in my retail career where I felt that I had reach as high as I could go and decided it was now or never for real estate. I signed up for classes and began my journey. In 2014 I met with Bellabay Realty and knew this would be a fit for me. Things started slow and I was approached to be a part of a team to possibly help boost my career. As it turns out it was exactly the jump start I needed because from my 1st year to my 2nd year I increased my commissions earned by 86%. I spent 4 years with the team increasing my numbers every year before going on my own and starting the Crump Collective. Since going out on my own production has increased almost every year still and now I can say that I have sold over 300 Homes and over $50 Million in volume helping me rank in the Top 300 of all realtors in our association of nearly 3,500 agents. Now after over a decade in the industry I still carry the same motto as I did on Day 1 “Never work for the check” because my experience has taught me that if you genuinely care and take care of the people who trust you there’s no limit to the connections you can make in this business.
