Raised in the Traverse City area in a family of cherry farmers, Ben brings a strong work ethic and grounded approach to everything he does. His passion for real estate started early, buying and selling his own properties since 2002. He became licensed in 2021 and went full-time in 2024.
With over 15 years as a real estate investor—owning rentals and apartment properties throughout the Big Rapids area—Ben offers real-world experience that goes far beyond the average agent. He knows the process from every angle and uses that insight to guide his clients with confidence.
