Alongside the creative side of her work, she enjoys exploring new ways to work smarter, from implementing technology and AI tools to simplifying systems and helping agents make the most of the resources available to them. Her goal is to make marketing more impactful, technology more approachable, and everyday processes a little easier for everyone.
Outside of Bellabay, you'll likely find Bailey browsing a thrift store for her next great find, spending time with friends and family, or getting outside for a walk in nature. When Michigan summer rolls around, she's happiest on the beach.
