Cole Fankhauser
REALTOR®
For Cole, real estate is all about people, problem-solving, and helping clients find the right path forward.
A Rockford native with deep connections throughout Greater Grand Rapids, Cole was drawn to real estate by his love of working with people and finding solutions. With encouragement from mentors who saw that passion in him, making the move into real estate felt like a natural fit. His background as a project manager for a painting company has also given him valuable experience in communication, organization, and navigating the details that keep things moving.
Clients can expect Cole to be friendly, passionate, and a clear communicator from start to finish. While he specializes in Rockford and Greater Grand Rapids, he proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout West Michigan.
Outside of real estate, Cole loves reading, staying active, spending time with friends and family, and especially hanging out with his nephews. Fitness is a big part of his life, and he’s always looking for a way to keep moving.
